Here in Moscow, Idaho, CrossPolitic (Christ Above Politics) offers a podcast, holds an annual conference, and publishes a magazine. As I note in an A/V piece on this site, I joined in on one of the podcasts with local pastor, Toby Sumpter, and "Chocolate Knox." Toby's son, River, is in one of my classes, and he serves as managing editor and designer for their strong and handsome CrossPolitic publication, Fight. Laugh. Feast. For the Spring 2025 issue, he asked me to do a piece on Christian philosophy's connection to the publication's title, and here's what I came up with.
